BJJ Trial lessons are available on:<\/p>\n

Monday to Thursday evenings:\u00a0 20:00 – 21:30<\/p>\n

Unfortunately, Sunday mornings are not suitable for trial lessons.<\/p>\n

What you will need:<\/p>\n

shorts \/ jogging pants (no zippers!) and an old T-shirtFlip Flops \/ sandals or sport shoesA towelA water bottle <\/p>\n

Unfortunately, we do not have any children’s classes at this time. Minimum age for participation is 16 years old.<\/p>\n

Send us a message and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.Please note: we have a limit of 4 trial lesson participants per lesson.Please let us know which class you would like to attend so we can confirm if there is a place for you.<\/p>\n

Fantastic place to train Jiu Jitsu. The main instructor is well versed in many aspects of BJJ, including everything from pure sport to vale tudo, and is a very involved teacher. The purple belt assistant instructors are also very good. I like how they pay attention to different modes of drilling and sparring: they fill the space between no-resistance-technique and free full-on sparring with positional drills and sparring, and encourage students to communicate with each other to help each other improve. One phrase they say after a technique is shown is ‘spelen maar’, which captures the atmosphere nicely. <\/p>\n
